MATERIAL RESUPPLY ISSUES AND LEAD TIMES AUGUST 2021
Material resupply issues have began to hamper our industry. We dodged most of the 2020 issues but the residual effects of COVID and other national policy issues have started to have direct effect on hardware, components and services that we depend on to get our product out to all of you.
We still promise to send your orders out IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION - you WILL get an email with tracking information as soon as the order is ready to go out (we do not print labels until the order is ready).

SHIPPING ISSUES - HOLIDAYS 2020
If you have any questions about where your package is, to include if the package is scanned as delivered but you don't see it on your porch/mailbox etc, needs to be directed to the appropriate carrier (USPS or Fed Ex). That is not an easy process and we understand that, but we do NOT have any additional means of tracking or locating packages beyond what is on the provided tracking number.

LEAD TIME and Made To Order Basketweave Item UPDATE
We are proud to say that we have reduced our lead times for the majority of items at this point. Quick ship items (see blog post for list) typically ship within 1-2 DAYS of order (sometimes the SAME DAY). Made to order items in plain black or our 6 primary color offering typically ship within 2-5 days. Basketweave made to order items may experience delays currently while we work out material supply issues.
