 You may return any UNUSED piece of gear within 10 days of the date of delivery with no questions asked.  Test fitting is not included in "use" so verify you ordered and received the correct piece of gear immediately so we can rectify the issue before you mount and use the gear.  

Within the 10 day return period please contact us to request return authorization.  Once authorization is confirmed we will issue a return label via email - please include your name and order number in the package being returned so we know what to process and/or whom to refund (a copy of the RMA email thread is fine).

The return policy is for UNUSED products.  If you're product is returned showing signs of wear and tear or abuse, we reserve the right to not issue a refund and send the item back to you.

If you are ordering as an agency and tax exempt based on the laws of your state, make an account on our website using your government email address and email a copy of your tax exempt form to info@zero9solutions.com - we'll mark your online account tax exempt once we have your form on file.  Information regarding OHIO's tax exempt guidelines can be found here.


Our products are 100% guaranteed.  We believe you will be happy with our gear but understand that things happen and sometimes there is a need to request warranty service.  If your gear requires service, please email us at info@zero9holsters.com with the following so we can begin to troubleshoot your issue and provide a solution as fast as possible:

- Name

- Order Number

- Description of damage to product

- Pictures of damage to product

Once we receive your email we will determine the best course of action to get your issue squared away.  Many times, the issue is easily fixable and can be handled in short order.  Sometimes, the issue may require a replacement item and will be subject to production timelines to get said replacement item completed.



If your agency is interested in participating in a T&E program using Zero9 Holsters products for evaluation please have your purchasing authority email us at sales@zero9holsters.com.

The T&E program is available for agency use (not currently available for individual participation).  T&E samples will only be shipped to an agency address and a representative of Zero9 Holsters may contact the agency to verify the request.

T&E samples may be requested for any of our standard production line items.  If custom T&E products are requested, details must be worked out ahead of time via email.

The T&E period is 30 days upon which time we require the participating agency's feedback/input and the return of items unless the agency wishes to include them on an invoiced order.
