We know that Utility changes up their phones and magnet sleeves.... often.  That being said - their most recent set of phone/sleeve combinations has been consistent with the same phone with the camera on the top left.  This most recent phone has been used with at least 3 of the last sleeves they've released - and ALL fit our Bodyworn #2 case!
