SHIPPING ISSUES - HOLIDAYS 2020
These are some crazy times.... Right now, you can anticipate significantly extended delivery times for both USPS and Fex Ex. We are caught up now from the malice clips issue recently experienced and have shipped out over 1200 packages in the past 5 days but many of them are stalled at regional hubs and are not being scanned, scans are being missed when packages DO get moved and sometimes not scanned even at delivery...
We are doing everything we can to keep orders going out but we do NOT have any control over the delivery carriers' inability to keep up with shipping demand. All the carriers are blaming COVID and manpower shortages along with an "unprecedented" increase in shipping volume during this years holiday season.
Every package that goes out from our manufacturing facility has a tracking number which is emailed to the customer upon the package being handed off to the shipping carrier. That tracking number is the only mechanism we have to track a package, the customer also has that tracking number and can see the exact same information that we can.
If you have any questions about where your package is, to include if the package is scanned as delivered but you don't see it on your porch/mailbox etc, needs to be directed to the appropriate carrier (USPS or Fed Ex). That is not an easy process and we understand that, but we do NOT have any additional means of tracking or locating packages beyond what is on the provided tracking number.
We guarantee that once a label is printed, the package is handed off to USPS or Fed Ex regardless of what the tracking scan may say. Often times the package appears to be sitting in Ohio for a very long time and then appears on your doorstep without scans in between.
We anticipate things getting better after the first of the year but until they do, we will continue to push orders out as soon as they are complete. Please have patience as things are no different for other gear producers, online retailers or other shippers.
